PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This four-axle fuel tanker semi trailer carries 54,000 Liter of petroleum product in six independent compartments, riding on Fuwa axles and Double Coin 315/80R22.5 tires. The barrel is fabricated from high-tensile Q345 steel with a rib-reinforced shell, a full-length anti-slip top walkway, and six individually sealed manholes — so a single trip can deliver up to six different grades to six different drops without cross-contamination.


Six compartments, 54,000 liters, one trip

Splitting the barrel into six sealed sections is what turns this trailer from a bulk tank into a distribution vehicle: each compartment has its own manhole and discharge point, so grades never mix and each drop is metered on its own.

01 / SEGREGATION

One load, six products

Full bulkheads separate every compartment. A distributor can run diesel, gasoline and lubricant on the same route without flushing the barrel between drops.

02 / SURGE CONTROL

Bulkheads double as baffles

Because the six sections are sealed off from each other, liquid movement fore-and-aft is constrained — less surge load on the barrel, the tractor and the driver during braking.

03 / METERING

Discharge per compartment

Each section can be fitted with its own bottom valve and API adapter, with an optional pump-and-meter set so deliveries are invoiced straight off the trailer.

In other words, the nominal capacity of each compartment can be customized according to your requirements.

SHELL

Rib-reinforced barrel

The shell is formed with a rib pattern that stiffens the plate between supports, so the barrel keeps its section under repeated filling cycles and surge loading.

ACCESS

Full-length walkway

Anti-slip grating runs the whole length of the barrel so the operator can reach all six manholes without stepping onto the shell. The handrail folds down for transport and shipping.

ENDS

Dished heads, 6 mm plate

Both ends are pressed from 6 mm Q345 plate rather than flat plate, which removes the stress concentration that shows up first on flat-ended tanks.

VISIBILITY

Reflective contour band

A continuous red/white reflective band at mid-height plus LED side markers keeps a 13-meter white barrel visible at night and in rain — the single biggest risk factor for tanker road accidents.

STORAGE

Lockable valve & tool box

A lockable steel box carries hoses, couplings and grounding gear, keeping spill-prone equipment out of the cab and off the deck.

PROTECTION

Underrun bars both sides

Side and rear underrun protection is fitted as standard, together with ribbed plastic fenders over the axle group to keep spray and gravel off the barrel.
